Every young person’s journey is different. We provide supportive pathways that help young people reconnect, grow and move forward positively.
We help young people reconnect with confidence, routine and positive pathways through mentoring, movement and real-world experiences that support progression into education, training and employment.
Our inclusive programmes provide structure, emotional regulation and supportive environments that help young people build confidence, communication skills and positive engagement.
We create safe, trusted spaces where young people can develop resilience, positive relationships and opportunities to move forward confidently into adulthood.
We work with communities facing barriers to opportunity, creating accessible programmes that increase participation, confidence, wellbeing and long-term engagement.
Through sport, mentoring and creative experiences, we help young people discover strengths, build self-belief and develop positive futures.
Our programmes use movement, mentoring and hands-on learning to re-engage young people who may struggle within traditional educational settings.

At Positive Journeys, we believe every young person’s journey is different.
Our programmes are designed to support young people at different stages of confidence, wellbeing and development, creating clear pathways from engagement into positive futures.
Through movement, mentoring, creativity and real-world experiences, we help young people reconnect with themselves, their communities and new opportunities.
Connection • Confidence • Belonging
We create safe and inclusive spaces where young people feel welcomed, supported and motivated to take part. Through sport, movement and creative activities, young people begin rebuilding confidence, trust and positive routines.
Skills • Wellbeing • Resilience
Young people develop communication, teamwork and emotional resilience through structured programmes, mentoring and practical experiences that encourage growth, responsibility and self-belief.
Education • Employment • Leadership
We support young people to explore positive pathways into education, training, volunteering and employment through real-world experiences, leadership opportunities and ongoing support.
Our goal is not just participation — it’s helping young people build sustainable confidence, meaningful connections and positive futures.

Positive Journeys works alongside schools, colleges, sports organisations, local authorities and community partners to create meaningful opportunities for young people.
We believe lasting impact happens through collaboration, combining trusted relationships, community knowledge and innovative approaches to engagement, wellbeing and progression.
